The large 5 color Komori allows us to run combinations of 4 color process and spot colors or varnish in line. We also have this piece of equipment outfitted with a dryer system to speed ink set time. We can run image sizes up to 19" by 27" at over 5,000 press sheets per hour.
The perfector system on the 2 color Komori prints both sides of the sheet in one pass through the press. We can run large volume quantities in a short amount of time.
We use the Heidelberg 4 color press for smaller jobs like tri-fold brochures, postcards, letterhead as well as many types of envelopes from A-2 to Catalog.
The AB Dick press is great for stationery packages and includes an envelope feeder. We are very competitive with envelope pricing and can run 2 color envelopes up to 30,000 quantities.
We handle most of our own bindery. The Müller booklet maker stitches and trims large quantities of booklets up to 128 pages. The MBO folder and Rosback saddle stitch equipment allow us to quickly turn around smaller booklets up to 24 pages. The Stahl folder handles double parallel and also double gate folds.
We take pride in our packaging. We don't print a beautiful job and then just throw it in a box. We shrink wrap, box and deliver with care. We have daily carrier and courier pick up for our customers around the state.
